Diane's Cinco de Mayo Taco Dip

This was a hit at our Alzheimer's Advisory Council meeting last night. It makes enough for a party.

2 packages regular cream cheese (8 oz each)
1 carton fat free sour cream (16 oz)
1 can bean dip
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tomatoes, chopped
sliced black olives (optional)
tortilla chips

Soften cream cheese add sour cream, bean dip and taco seasoning. Beat together at low speed until smooth. Spoon into deep serving platter or casserole dish. Top with cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
